Navajo Sterling Silver Horse Storyteller Cuff — Attributed to June Delgarito
A striking piece of Navajo (Diné) silver artistry, this wide storyteller/storyboard cuff is attributed to Navajo silversmith June Delgarito based on the bracelet’s distinctive visual style and hallmark.
The cuff features an elaborate Southwestern landscape brought to life in dimensional silverwork. Running horses, mountains, desert vegetation and scenic details are beautifully rendered against a dark oxidized background, allowing the polished silver figures to stand out with incredible depth and character.
Hand-stamped borders frame the scene, while additional traditional stampwork accents the cuff ends. The interior bears the artist’s “J.” hallmark. Its naturally aged patina and signs of wear add to the character of this handcrafted collectible piece.
